My poor wheel is MIA. It shipped from Washington on the 23rd and was last scanned in Commerce City, CO on December 30. It was scheduled from delivery today. When I called UPS yesterday, I was told it just missed a scan and would be delivered today. When I called today, I was told that since it had been missing for more than 48 hours I needed to contact the shipper to have a trace put on it. ARGHHH!!!!

Noooooooooooo.... I am so sorry, Kandy. I know you are heartbroken. We have always had really bad luck with UPS. When we ordered my custom walking wheel, we had the wheel maker ship it DHL. We have also bought some antiques on eBay and had them shipped DHL. They really take care of stuff... something to remember in the future.
