Back from Fiber School

I had an awesome time - lots of fibery goodness, renewing friendships, making new friends, and lots of great food.  I was up late every night - catching up on my favorite Ravelry group, and getting too wound up to sleep.  I spent some time on my drive up and back calling my Congressman and Senators.  After a nine hour drive back and some unpacking - I'm pooped.  Sidenote - why oh why does my Garmin (twice - New Orleans and Kansas) send me on a different route back than the one I got there on?????? I'll try to post photos tomorrow - gosh, I came back with LOTS of fiber.  I wasn't great at using the camera, but I used Nikol's white box and took some photos of the wool I dyed from the first dye lab.  I think I ended up dying about 3 1/2 lbs. of roving and two skeins of Fisherman's Wool.  Um, that's a lot of wool - yikes!  I made four scarves and one hat at Felt School - learned lots of cool techniques and LOVE my wet felt scarves!!!
